About Us

The Dr. Magic Show is an educational TV program for school-age children.  The show stars professional magician Dr. Magic and nine year-old Victoria.  Dr. Magic is like the fun uncle all kids wish they had, an uncle who tells jokes, does magic tricks, teaches fun and interesting things and is always in a good mood and ready to have fun.  Victoria is a child about the age of many kids in the viewing audience, she is someone they can relate to.

Besides Dr. Magic and Victoria, The Dr. Magic Show also features these co-stars:

Cartoonist Mike Artell is the author of over a dozen books for children.

M.T. Noggin is a former Ringling Bros.
Barnum & Bailey circus clown.

Duane Laflin is a former church pastor who is a full-time professional magician.

Paige is Victoria's older sister. She stars in two regular segments of The Dr. Magic Show: "Did You Know," where she gives viewers interesting and little known facts about the subject of that day's show, and Paige's Craft Corner, where she teaches viewers how to make a fun and interesting craft item based on the subject of that day's Dr. Magic Show.

In addition to it's regular co-stars, The Dr. Magic Show also has guest stars:

Master magician Joe Harrison is a show business veteran who has toured most of the United States, Canada and Europe with his own live show.  Besides occasionally guest starring on "The Dr. Magic Show," Mr. Harrison serves as one of the program's magic consultants advising Dr. Magic on the magic performed on the show.

Comedian Steve Shaw is a gifted artist who can entertain both children and adults with his off-beat wacky style.  On "The Dr. Magic Show," Steve plays a man-child character that kids can relate to.  Although an adult, Steve's character gets a few life lessons from Dr. Magic...lessons children can relate to as they laugh at Steve's antics
